Matr Foods has just entered into a collaboration to supply a plant-based burger to the Gasoline Grill burger chain. The ambitions do not stop here, says director and co-owner of Randi Wahlsten, director and co-owner of the startup.

Gasoline Grill collaborates with Matr Foods, this new alternative to meat is without additives, palm oil and “other funky ingredients”.

Sticks’n’Sushi will have fermented plants from Danish start-up MATR Foods on the menu at their 25 restaurants in Copenhagen, London and Berlin.
