Yes. MATR offers products developed for foodservice, including MATR Block, a format specifically made for professional kitchens that can be cut, fried, grilled and baked.
MATR is made using fermentation. Fermentation naturally brings them together while developing deep umami flavour, a juicy texture and a satisfying bite. We use whole ingredients, not protein isolates, and we don’t add texturizers, additives or artificial flavouring.
No. MATR works brilliantly in many of the dishes where you might normally use meat, but that’s not how we define it. Fermented greens are their own thing. Made from whole organic ingredients, transformed through fermentation, with deep umami flavour, juicy texture and plenty of versatility in the kitchen.
