Breakfast muffin

The American breakfast of champions, complete with all the juiciness and greasiness you could ask for – the MATR way.
Ingredients
- 1 pack of MATR Patties
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices toast cheese
- 2 English muffin
- Ketchup
- Hot sauce
- Butter
Method
- Place a pan on your stove and turn it on medium heat.
- Cut the English muffin in half and toast it in some butter.
- While its toasting, mix some ketchup with hot sauce. Adjust to the level of spiciness you like.
- Once it is toasted, put a little bit of oil in the pan and cook your Matr burger on medium-low heat, seasoning it with salt and pepper on each side. After about 60 seconds, check if the patty is golden brown.
- When the patty is golden brown then flip it, add the cheese on top, and cook the other side until golden brown as well. Remove to a plate.
- Turn the heat to medium-high and put some butter or oil in the pan. Crack your egg in the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook to your liking.
- Spread some of the ketchup/hot sauce on both sides of the muffin, add your patty, then egg, and enjoy. Don’t forget the napkin!
